DDA Extends Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025 (FCFS) Until June 30, 2026
दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने अपनी लोकप्रिय कर्मयोगी आवास योजना 2025 (FCFS – First Come First Serve) की अवधि को बढ़ाकर 30 जून 2026 तक कर दिया है। इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य पात्र सरकारी कर्मचारियों एवं अन्य योग्य आवेदकों को अधिक समय प्रदान करना है ताकि वे अपनी आवासीय आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार उपयुक्त फ्लैट का चयन कर सकें।

CIRCULAR
Subject: Extension of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) up to 30.06.2026 – reg.
Attention is invited towards the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) launched for serving and retired employees of Central Government, State Government, PSUs, PSBs, Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies and Government Universities.
Under the scheme, flats in Pocket-9, Sector A1-A4, Narela were initially offered for booking, followed by flats in Pocket-6, Sector A1-A4, Narela. Further, DDA has now offered additional 1552 flats in Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) vide circular dated 21.05.2026 and booking of these flats shall commence from 01.06.2026.
In view of the addition of new inventory in Pocket-13 and the continued response being received under the scheme, it has been decided to extend the booking period of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) up to 30.06.2026.
Accordingly, interested eligible applicants may avail the opportunity for booking of flats in Pocket-6, Pocket-9 and Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the aforesaid scheme within the extended period.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
