CIRCULAR
Subject: Extension of DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) up to 30.09.2026 – reg.
DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) was launched vide circular dated 23.01.2026, offering flats of HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS categories in Narela and LIG flats in Siraspur. Moreover, 1,944 flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela were offered in addition to the previously offered flats vide circular dated 18.03.2026, with booking commencing on 27.03.2026. Subsequently, an additional 1,183 flats were added under the scheme, with booking for the same commencing on 28.08.2026.
In continuation of the above, it has been decided to further extend the booking period for flats under the said scheme up to 30.09.2026. The extension will enable prospective buyers to apply for both previously offered flats as well as newly added flats in Narela.
Prospective buyers are advised to take note of the extension and complete the booking of flats at the earliest to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
