DDA Offers Additional 544 Flats Under Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 in Narela

Sub: Offering of additional 544 flats under DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 in Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela
The Delhi Development Authority had launched “DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026”, a special housing scheme launched to cater to the housing aspirations of Karmajeevis of the nation.
2. The scheme has received an encouraging response from eligible applicants, with more than 60% of the total flats on offer sold out within less than a month of start of booking. Keeping in view the encouraging response to the Scheme and in order to provide additional housing opportunities to the Karmajeevis, especially under affordable categories, it has been decided to offer additional 544 newly constructed flats located in Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the said scheme. The details of the additional flats are as under:

The above tentative disposal price is valid for this scheme only. The price would vary depending on the respective plinth area of a flat. Besides this, maintenance charges, conversion charges and water connection charges will be separately demanded at the time of issuance of Demand-cum-Allotment Letter.

*GST will not be levied on maintenance charges.
3. The additional flats shall be offered on the same terms and conditions of the Scheme, including the flat 25% discount on disposal price, as applicable to the flats offered earlier under the Scheme.
4. Allotment of these additional flats will also be made on First-Come-First Serve (FCFS) basis ( पहले आओ, पहले पाओ) through DDA’s Awaas Portal (https://eservices.dda.org.in), subject to availability. To enable them to participate for booking, interested buyers can register in the ongoing DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. It is further clarified that if someone is already registered in any FCFS scheme of the housing department of DDA, he/she will also be eligible to book flat(s) under the scheme.
Booking for these additional flats will commence on Monday, 14 September 2026 at 12:00 Noon, on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi/ Vinayak Chaturthi.
5. All other terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, booking amounts and procedures prescribed in the detailed Scheme Brochure of DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 shall remain unchanged and applicable to the additional flats being offered.
6. Interested applicants are advised to visit the DDA websiteswww.dda.gov.in and eservices.dda.org.in for detailed information regarding the scheme and the additional flats on offer. The list of additional 544 flats and unit layout plans are attached herewith.
