DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, Flat Booking Extended Till August 31, 2026
DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) के तहत फ्लैट बुकिंग की अवधि को बढ़ाकर 31 अगस्त 2026 कर दिया गया है। यह योजना केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार, PSU, PSB, स्थानीय निकाय, स्वायत्त संस्थाओं और सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों के सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के लिए शुरू की गई है।
योजना के तहत नरेला के सेक्टर A1-A4 में Pocket-9 और Pocket-6 के फ्लैट पहले से बुकिंग के लिए उपलब्ध हैं। अब DDA ने Pocket-13 में 1,552 अतिरिक्त फ्लैट भी योजना में शामिल किए हैं, जिनकी बुकिंग 1 जून 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है।
अब पात्र आवेदक Pocket-6, Pocket-9 और Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela में उपलब्ध फ्लैटों की बुकिंग 31 अगस्त 2026 तक कर सकते हैं। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अंतिम तिथि से पहले बुकिंग प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लें।

Subject: Extension of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) up to 31.08.2026 – reg.
Attention is invited towards the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) launched for serving and retired employees of Central Government, State Government, PSUs, PSBs, Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies and Government Universities.
Under the scheme, flats in Pocket-9, Sector A1-A4, Narela were initially offered for booking, followed by flats in Pocket-6, Sector A1-A4, Narela. Further, DDA has now offered additional 1552 flats in Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) vide circular dated 21.05.2026 and booking of these flats are open from 01.06.2026.
In view of the addition of new inventory in Pocket-13 and the continued response being received under the scheme, it has been decided to further extend the booking period of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) up to 31.08.2026.
Accordingly, interested eligible applicants may avail the opportunity for booking of flats in Pocket-6, Pocket-9 and Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the aforesaid scheme within the above said extended period.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
