CIRCULAR
Subject: Extension of Interest-Free Period for Payment of MIG Flats at Sector-168, Dwarka under DDA Premium Housing Scheme-2025 (e-Auction) – reg.
In continuation of Demand-cum-Allotment Letters issued to the allottees of MIG Flats at Sector-168, Dwarka (Triveni Heights) under DDA Premium Housing Scheme- 2025 (e-Auction), and in view of representations received from the allottees regarding concerns on structural safety following the incident dated 05.1-0.2025, the matter has been examined by the Competent Authority.
2. It is informed that the Engineering Department of DDA along with other concerned agencies conducted a joint site inspection on 08.10.2025, which confirmed that the structure is structurally safe, and remedial measures are being undertaken to ensure long-term safety.
3. Accordingly, with the approval of the Hon’ble Vice Chairman,. DDA, the following decisions are hereby conveyed:
- a) The interest-free period for payment in respect of MIG Flats at Sector-168, Dwarka under DDA Premium Housing Scheme-2025 is extended up to 10.02.2026.
- b) A further period of 30 days for making full payment shall be available from 11.02.2026, subject to simple interest @ 10% per annum, as per scheme provisions.
4. All other terms and conditions of the Demand-cum-Allotment Letters and the Scheme shall remain unchanged.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
