Dear Sir/Madam,
In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, CBSE has been conducting orientation programs to enhance school-parent collaboration and planned activities, recognizing the crucial role of parenting in students’ holistic development. As part of this effort, CBSE recently introduced the Parenting Calendar 2025-26, a flexible framework promoting parental engagement in academics, emotional well-being, and life skills through age- appropriate activities and structured interactions.
To further this initiative and address emerging concerns around child safety, mental health, and evolving parent- child dynamics, CBSE is organizing an offline Orientation Program on “Parenting for Student Wellness and Growth” for Principals/Vice-Principals/Counselors/Wellness Teachers of CBSE schools in the Patna region. The workshop will focus on key areas such as psychological development, effective communication, balancing discipline with empathy, and creating a supportive environment for students.
Workshop Details:
- Date: 26 July 2025 (Saturday)
- Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Participants may arrive by 9:30 AM)
- Venue: D.A.V. Public School, BSEB Patna, BSEB Colony, New Punaichak, Patna, Bihar – 800023
