8th Central Pay Commission Invites Representations from Stakeholders

The Ministry of Finance has announced that the Eighth Central Pay Commission is inviting memorandums and representations from various stakeholders. These include associations and unions of serving employees and pensioners, organizations, institutions, as well as individual employees, pensioners, and interested citizens.

To streamline the process, the Commission has introduced a structured online format for submitting representations. Stakeholders can submit their memorandums through the official website of the Commission and the MyGov portal.

The Commission has clearly stated that submissions will be accepted only through the online portals, and paper-based copies, emails, or PDF submissions may not be considered. The last date for submitting representations is 30 April 2026.

The initiative aims to ensure wider participation and gather suggestions from all concerned groups before finalizing recommendations related to pay, allowances, and pensions for central government employees and retirees.

Employees, Pensioners and Organizations Invited to Submit Memorandums before 30th April, 2026

The Eighth Central Pay Commission has provided an online structured format for inviting Memorandum/Representations from Associations/Unions of serving employees/pensioners, organizations/institutions as well as from employees, pensioners and interested individuals on its website(8cpc.gov.in). Submissions would be received upto 30th April, 2026.

The structured format for submitting memorandum is also available at the MyGov.in portal (innovateindia.mygov.in). The Commission has requested stakeholders to make submissions on the above portal only. Paper-based copies/emails/pdfs may not be considered by the Commission.
