The UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath, to provide financial assistance for education to the children of orphans and labourers of Uttar Pradesh. Through this scheme, an incentive amount will be provided to the boys and girls of the state, using which they will be able to live their life well. 

This scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji to raise the standard of living of orphans and children of labourers. Through this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to the poor and destitute children of the state, using which they will be able to generate their education and become self-reliant and empowered. Through the UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana, additional assistance of Rs 6000 will be provided to the girl students of the 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th classes of Uttar Pradesh in the form of Rs 1200 per year and Rs 1000 per month to the students. Through Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana, not only will the children of the state complete their studies but their standard of living will also improve and they will be able to stand on their feet.

Uttar Pradesh Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana has been started for children of 8 to 18 years. Financial assistance will be provided by the government to the children for their studies. Using the financial assistance under this scheme, you will be able to do your studies and story, you will be able to stand on your feet. Under this scheme, 2000 labour children have been covered by the government in the first phase. After its successful operation, the government has set a target to cover the rest of the labour children of Uttar Pradesh under this scheme. The main goal of the Uttar Pradesh Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana is to stop child labour.

  • Through this scheme, financial assistance will be provided by the state government in the form of 1000 rupees per month to boys and 1200 rupees per month to girls.

This scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji on 12 June 2020.

  • Through the Uttar Pradesh Bal Shramik Yojana, Rs .1000 will be provided to the boys of the state and Rs.1200 to the girl child as additional assistance.

मुख्यमंत्री बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2022 का शुभारंभ उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी के माध्यम से श्रमिक परिवारों के बच्चों को अच्छा जीवन प्रदान करने के लिए किया गया है इस योजना के अंतर्गत यूपी के अनाथ बच्चों और मजदूरों के बच्चों को शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक मदद विवरण की जाएगी यह योजना के तहत राज्य के बालकों को 1000 रुपये हर महीने और बालिकाओं को 1200 रुपये हर महीने राज्य सरकार के माध्यम मुहैया कराए जाएंगे।

यह योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के जो श्रमिक बच्चे आठवीं, नवीं और दसवीं कक्षा में पढ़ रहे हैं उन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के माध्यम से हर साल 6000 रुपये की अतिरिक्त मदद प्रदान की जाएगी मुख्यमंत्री बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2022 के तहत इस साल 2000 बच्चों को लाभान्वित किया जाएगा राज्य के जो इच्छुक लाभार्थी इस योजना का फायदा प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं तो उन्हें इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करना होगा यह यूपी मजदूर बाल शिक्षा योजना श्रमिकों के बच्चों को स्वस्थ जीवन और समृद्ध जीवन जीने में सक्षम बनाएगी। 8 से 18 साल के बच्चों को स्कूल कॉलेज में होना चाहिए लेकिन खराब हालात के कारण वह श्रम से जुड़ जाते हैं ऐसे बच्चों को इस UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।

जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि राज्य में बहुत से ऐसे नागरिक है जो श्रम करके अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करते हैं जब बचपन में बच्चे अपने परिवारिक खर्चों के लिए बाल श्रम करने पर मजबूर होते हैं तो उनके शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता है उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार आज इसी ओर एक कदम बढ़ाने जा रही है मुख्यमंत्री बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2022 के तहत राज्य सरकार बालकों को 1000 रुपये महीना और बालिकाओं को 1200 रुपये महीने की आर्थिक मदद प्रदान करेगी इससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई की व्यवस्था की जा सकेगी यह योजना के जरिए श्रमिक बच्चों के भविष्य को उज्जवल बनाना और देश को प्रकृति की ओर ले जाना है इस योजना के माध्यम श्रमिकों के बच्चों को बाल श्रमिकों के रूप में काम करने से रोकने के लिए मासिक वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगा तथा इसके बजाय उनकी पढ़ाई पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2022 के लाभ
  • मुख्यमंत्री बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2022 के अंतर्गत राज्य के जो श्रमिक बच्चे 8वीं, 9वीं और 10वीं कक्षा में पढ़ रहे है उन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष 6000 रूपये की अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
  • शिक्षा के लिए सरकार की तरफ से वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जायगी ।
  • योजना को आरम्भ करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य यही है की राज्य के श्रमिक परिवार का कोई भी बालक या बालिका शिक्षा से दूर न रह पाय और ना ही किसी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़े ।
  • इस योजना के तहत राज्य के बालकों को 1000 रूपये प्रतिमाह और बालिकाओ को 1200 रूपये प्रतिमाह राज्य सरकार द्वारा  मुहैया कराये जायेंगे।
  • योजना का लाभ उत्तर प्रदेश के गरीब बच्चों को प्रदान किया जायेगा।
  • योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए लोग आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (लॉन्च होने के लिए) में यूपी बाल श्रमिक विद्या योजना 2020 पंजीकरण / आवेदन पत्र भरकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
  • श्रमिकों के बच्चों को बाल श्रमिक के रूप में मजदूरी  न करने से रोकेगी ।
  • पढ़ाई की उम्र में मजदूरी करने से रोक कर पढ़ाई में आगे बढ़ाने के लिए सक्षम साबित होगी ।
  • Uttar Pradesh Bal Shramik Vidhya Yojana 2022 के तहत अधिक छात्रों को लाभान्वित करने और उन्हें बाल श्रमिक के रूप में काम करने से रोकने के लिए यूपी मजदूर बाल शिक्षा योजना शुरू की जाएगी।
  • इस योजना का लाभ उन बच्चों को भी प्रदान किया जाता है जिनके माता-पिता दोनों या फिर दोनों में से कोई एक दिव्यांग हो या फिर माता-पिता गंभीर बीमारी से ग्रस्त हो।

सरकार ने अभी इसके लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया की कोई जानकारी नहीं दी है और न ही कोई ऑफिसियल लिंक इसके लिए जारी किया है। लेकिन यूपी सरकार ने घोषणा की है योजना के अंतर्गत आने वाले लाभार्थियों के खाते में पैसे ट्रांसफर कर दिए जायेंगे।

Uttar Pradesh government is going to launch UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana 2020 to educate orphans and children of labourers. This UP Labourers Children Education Scheme will enable children of workers to lead healthy life and prosperous life. People would be able to apply online by filling UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana 2020 Registration / Application Form at the official website (to be launched). Each eligible boy will get Rs. 1,000 while girl would get Rs. 1,200 per month. Moreover, students of class 8th, 9th, 10th will get an additional assistance of Rs. 6,000 per year.

The new UP Bal Shramik Vidya Scheme was to be launched in March-end but it was delayed due to lockdown. More than 2,000 children would be sent funds as a mark of official launch of this UP Bal Shramik Yojna on 12th June 2020 on the occasion of World Day Against Child Labour. Previously, the state govt. had launched a Conditional Cash Transfer project in 10 district on trial basis.
In that project, students were annually given Rs. 92,000 per head which was a success. UP Labourers Children Education Scheme would be launched to benefit more students and prevent them from working as child labourers.

Uttar Pradesh government will launch a new scheme for children of labourers namely UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojna. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide monthly financial assistance to children of workers to stop them from working as child labourers and instead focus on their studies. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath would launch the scheme on 12 June 2020 by sending funds to around 2,000 people.

Labour department will provide the assistance amount of Rs. 1,000 for boys and Rs. 1,200 to girls on monthly basis to labourer’s children. Students of class 8th, 9th, 10th will get an additional assistance of Rs. 6,000 per year. As per the initial reports, there would be conditional cash transfer for child labourers. Moreover, UP govt. will provide higher amount to girls to aid their studies and to keep them away from work.
The online applications for the UP Labourers Children Education Scheme may be invited at the official UP government website or at a new dedicated portal. As soon as the UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana online application / registration form filling process begins, we will update it here.
Identification of Children of Labourers

While online applications for UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana would be invited online at a later date, the task of identification of such children of labourers has now been given to the labour department. The UP Labour Department will manage the UP Child Labourers Education Scheme and its beneficiaries. This scheme is important as UP is reportedly among those states which have high number of child labour related cases. Thus, the Yogi Adityanath led UP government has decided that cash transfer under the new schem would be conditional i.e given only when set conditions are met.
The UP state govt. has set a target to roll-out phase wise employment programme for labourers in the state by 15 June 2020. Yogi Adityanath has directed divisional commissioners to review the development work in the districts to check progress made until the COVID-19 lockdown. These officials will also check how much work is remaining in each district. District magistrates will then be directed to prepare a plan to get these works completed on priority basis.

CM has also given directions that development schemes of the Centre and the state government should be implemented on one hand while providing employment to labourers and workers on the other hand. This would help in “navnirman (reconstruction)” of the entire Uttar Pradesh state.
