Land Ports Authority of India (Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Amendment Regulations, 2025

No. E-14011/3/2024/LPAI.(II).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 35 read with section 10 of the Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 (31 of 2010), the Land Ports Authority of India, with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Land Ports Authority of India (Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016, namely: –
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Land Ports Authority of India (Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Amendment Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Land Ports Authority of India (Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
