Subject: Integrated Payment System (IPS) for payment of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23

- Calculation of the payment will be made automatically by the system on the basis of details submitted by the CNS school IHE in the TETRA Web-Portal on day-to-day basis during the evaluation work.
- Payment will be released to individual accounts of the various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23 .
- Read the User Manual of IPS and understand the same well.
- Based on the same, collect the data of Answer Books evaluated & days of work done. Carefully fill the data in the IPS to ensure that data filled in is correct.
- Kindly ensure IFSC Codes are all correct as per recent merger of the Banks.
- Once the payment is pushed by the bank into the accounts of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23, the CNS school / IHE will collect information about the successful and failed payments. In case of Rejected and Failed payments, the CNS school I IHE will contact the concerned functionaries and immediately update data as reflected and desired in IPS by logging into their accounts.
