This is with reference to the circular issued for launching of DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) vide F/1/0001/2025/CORD/-O/oDD(Coordination)/2582 dated 06.01.2025 already uploaded at DDA website:
In this regard, for the HIG flats at Vasant Kunj at Mahipalpur Road, the flat category be read as HIG,Category-3 and for MIG flats at D-6,Vasant Kunj, the flat category •be read as SFS Category-2.
This is issued with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
