CIRCULAR
Sub: Extension of DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 – reg.
In view of the continued public demand for the flats on offer under the DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025, as well as to ensure affordable housing for all, it has been decided to extend this scheme for three months.
2. Accordingly , the scheme shall remain operational till 26.11.2025. Further, in view of the rising demand for affordable housing, it has been decided to offer some additional flats under this scheme. The list of such additional flats is annexed for enabling the interested buyers to visit the housing pocket for inspecting the flats . The booking for the additional flats will commence from 05.09.2025 from 12:00 Noon onwards.
3. All other terms and conditions of the scheme shall remain unchanged and shall be as per the original circulars, subsequent communications , and the respective scheme brochures.
This issues with the prior approval of Vice-Chairman , DDA.
