Sub: Allowing schools to submit compliance beyond 30 days for application registered for session 2021-22 – reg
As per clause 10.1.2 of Affiliation Bye-Laws, 2018 , the schools whose application for affiliation/upgradation/extension is under process, are required to submit online clarification/compliance to the Board within 30 days of communication .
In this connection , the Board is in receipt of communications from the schools regarding problems faced by them in submission of compliance/related documents within stipulated time period for application registered for session 2021-22 in view of current COVID-19 situation and due to lockdown at various places.

Therefore, the competent authority of the Board after due consideration and keeping in view current COVID-19 situation , has accorded approval to schools for online submission of compliance schools against deficiencies/rejection for session 2021-22 under various categories i.e fresh Affiliation/Upgradation till 31.08 .2020 .
