Sub: Launch of DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 for sale of 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3- BHK flats in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela.
The Delhi Development Authority is pleased to announce the launch of ‘DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026’, offering newly constructed 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK flats in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela, on a First Come, First Serve basis. The scheme has been conceived to cater to the housing aspirations of Karmajeevis of the country, which broadly include the following individuals:
a. Serving and retired regular and permanent personnel of Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Central/State Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Banks (PSBs), Local Bodies, Government Universittres, Government Hospitals, and other Government Institutions.
b. Professionally qualified persons, both self-employed and salaried, such as doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, architects, planners, engineers, scientists, professors/teachers, corporate professionals, and other such members of India’s professional and knowledge-driven workforce, who constitute an important segment in the journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
2. Under this Scheme, a total of 1224 newly constructed flats located in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela are being offered for disposal, with the following details:

- The above tentative disposal price is valid for this scheme only. The price would vary depending on the respective plinth area of a flat.
- Besides above, maintenance charges for different categories of flats to be added at the time of issue of Demand letters will be as under:

• GST is not to be levied on the maintenance charges.
3. The unique feature of the Scheme is a flat 25% discount across all categories, making it an attractive opportunity for Karmajeevis to own a residence in Delhi and be part of a planned residential community.
4. Salient Features of Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela
- Newly constructed, ready-to-move flats (construction completed in June 2025).
- Upcoming DMRC Metro Station (Sector A-4, Narela) on the Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro Corridor at 1.5 km away.
- Proposed Narela Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS} Station, at 1.9 km away.
- Road connectivity through Urban Extension Road (UER} – I (0.5 km}, UER-11 (6.15 km} and GT Kamal Road (1.1 km}.

5. The important dates related to the Scheme are as under:

- Registration opens on: 24.07.2026 (Friday)
- Booking commences from: 15.08.2026 (Saturday@ 12:00 Noon) [Independence Day]
- Scheme closes on: 30.10.2026 (Friday@ 11:59 PM)
6. Allotment Process
- Allotment will be made on first-come-first-serve (FCFS) basis ( पहले आओ, पहले पाओ)
7. Registration and Booking Amounts
i. The one-time registration fees for registration on DDA’s Awaas Portal (https://eservices.dda.orq.in) is Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred).
ii. The applicants already registered on the Awaas portal are not required to pay the registration fees again.
iii. The applicants have to upload the documentary evidence in support of their eligibility, namely, educational/professional certificates, Employment Proof, etc. at the time of booking of the flat(s) while filling up the application form.
iv. The booking amount for each flat under various categories is as under:
- a. For a 3-BHK flat: Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only)
- b. For a 2-BHK flat: Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only)
- c. For a 1-BHK flat: Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)
v. There is no restriction with regard to the number of flats an applicant can book.
vi. The booking amount is non-refundable and would be adjusted against the disposal price of the flat, if the flat is successfully booked by an individual.
8. All eligible applicants are advised to carefully go through the detailed scheme brochure before applying. The brochure, along with terms and conditions, will be available on the DDA websites www.dda.gov.in and eservices.dda.org.in.
9. Interested buyers can visit the sample flats in all categories at the site of housing pocket at Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela. The details of sample flats and contact persons at the site are as under:
