Subject: Following accuracy and timeliness while submitting LOC for class X/XII -2025-2026 – reg.
Madam/Sir,
CBSE has issued a prior intimation regarding submission of LOC on 30/0712025 and a detailed notification no CBSE/LOC/X-XII/2025-2026 dated 28/08/20254 regarding all the pre requisites to fill the LOC for class X/XII examination 2025- 2026 along with detailing the importance of correct and timely submission of LOC by all affiliated schools. Further information regarding the online portal for availing facilities for CWSN was also provided on 03/09/2025. The LOC submission and . CWSN portal are open for data submission by all affiliated schools.
All school are directed to go through the above-mentioned circulars meticulously before filling up of candidates’ data. Staff engaged for filling up of details should be made aware of all the guidelines which are laid down in the said circulars to avoid any mistakes. Parents may also be briefed about the importance of correct data and the consequences arising thereby of wrong data submission. Any request for correction after the period given for generation and updating of the data verification slip post submission of LOC will be summarily rejected.
Hence, all principals are once again directed to ensure accurate submission of the LOC data timely as per critical dates for examination mentioned in circular dated 09/09/2025 .
