Rajasthan Housing Board Launches Property Sales Camps with Discounts Up to 50%
In a significant move to enhance housing accessibility for the public, the Rajasthan Housing Board is set to organize property sales camps offering constructed houses and flats at discounts of up to 50%. These camps will take place from Tuesday until May 28 across several cities, including Jaipur, Kota, Barmer, Jodhpur, Bhilwara, and Banswara.
Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma announced that this special initiative aims to make home ownership more affordable for individuals from various income groups. She emphasized, “Properties available at the camp will be offered at discounts of up to 50%.”
In Jaipur, a notable camp will occur on May 6 and 7 under the Mahla Residential Scheme, located on Jobner Road. The camp will feature flats designed for different income categories, with prices starting at a base rate of Rs 4,70,500. This initiative represents a crucial step towards making housing more attainable for the general populace in Rajasthan.
