DDA Allows Potential Buyers To Take Look At Samples First, Then Book Flats

In a good news, the Delhi Development Authority has now readied two flats in every tower as samples to show it to the potential buyers. This will make the decision making process easier for those looking for their dream house in the national capital. After taking a look at these sample flats, the potential buyers can start booking process from July 10 onwards.

The DDA has readied two flats in each tower at all 12 locations where the flats are going on sale from July 10 onwards.

Under the recently launched ‘First Come, First Serve’ scheme, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has now allowed home buyers to purchase two adjacent flats after which they can increase the size of their house, according to officials. So far more than 4,000 registrations have been done under the scheme.

The registration process for the nearly 5,500 flats under the scheme is currently underway. DDA launched the scheme on 30th June and people will be able to book flats from July 10 onwards.

One BHK flats under the scheme are in Narela, Siraspur, Lok Nayak Purak and Rohini. Whereas two BHK flats are available in Narela and Dwarka and three BHK flats are available in Jasola.
