Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the funds allocated and utilised under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY), State-wise;
(b) the number of projects sanctioned thereunder, State-wise;
(c) the details of projects sanctioned in the State of Andhra Pradesh under the yojana;
(d) whether all the States have formulated State and district agriculture plans as envisaged under the said yojana; and
(e) if so, the details thereof ?

(a) to (e): A statement is laid on the Table of the House.
STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF PARTS (a) TO (e) OF THE LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO. 363 FOR 29.03.2022 REGARDING RASHTRIYA KRISHI VIKAS YOJANA.
(a): State-wise details of the funds allocated and released under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) during the year from 2018-19to2020-21 is enclosed at Annexure-I.
(b): State-wise number of projects sanctioned under RKVY during the year from 2018-19to 2020-21 is enclosed at Annexure-II.
(c): The details of projects sanctioned in the State of Andhra Pradesh under the Yojana from the year 2018-19 to 2020-21 are enclosed at Annexure-III.
(d) & (e): 13 States have formulated District Agriculture Plans (DAP) and 11 States have formulated State Agriculture Plan (SAP) during 2017-18 to 2019-20 under the said Yojana. State wise list of DAP and SAP formulated is enclosed at Annexure-IV.
