CIRCULAR
Subject: Waiver of Watch and Ward Charges – LIG/ One Bedroom Flats
It has been decided by the competent authority to waive off watch and ward charges from the allottees of LIG/ One Bedroom flats of Housing Scheme 2014 & 2017 located at Narela, Sector 34 & 35 Rohini. and Siraspur only, who have deposited the full amount and has completed all other requisite formalities subject to taking of Physical Possession by 28.02.2020.

Also, the cases which have already been decided will not be re-opened.
However approval of competent authority for delay in taking possession will need to be obtained as per existing policy.
This is issued with the approval of Vice-Chairman, DDA in the File No.L/339(4272)2015/DDA 14/NA.
