PM-KISAN SCHEME IN JHARKHAND

Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृषि एंव किसान कल्याण मंत्री be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the funds sanctioned, allocated and utilized under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme within Jharkhand so far, district-wise;
(b) the details of the number of beneficiaries covered under this scheme in Jharkhand so far;
(c) whether the Government has transferred any amount into the farmers‘ accounts during the period of lockdown within Jharkhand;
(d) if so, the details thereof, district-wise and if not, the reasons therefor;
(e) whether the Government is planning to transfer some more installments in their accounts in advance due to COVID-19 crisis; and
(f) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) There is no state wise allocation of funds under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. Funds are released based on the verified data of eligible beneficiaries received from the States. The district-wise data of amount paid to eligible beneficiaries in Jharkhand is placed at Annexure-I.
(b) A total of 25,69,646 beneficiaries have been covered under PM-KISAN Scheme in Jharkhand as on 4.02.2021.
(c) Yes, Sir.
(d) The district-wise data of amount transferred into eligible beneficiaries’ accounts during the period from 23rd March, 2020 to till now, in Jharkhand is placed at Annexure-II.
(e) No, Sir.
(f) Efforts have been made by the Government of India for timely disbursement of benefits of PM-KISAN, as per existing Scheme, to all the eligible beneficiaries whose verified data was received in the PM-KISAN portal from the respective States during the period of lockdown in view of the COVID-19 crisis.
