Sub: Launch of Phase II of DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 – reg.
This has reference to this office’s Circular dated 23.10.2025, regarding launch of Phase II of DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 offering more than 1500 flats of LIG and EWS categories in various localities of Delhi.
2. In this regard, it is hereby informed to the general public that due to administrative reasons like pending litigation regarding allotmen.t, etc., some of the flats n Moti Nagar (Shivaji Marg), Ramgarh Colony and Rohini have been withdrawn from the scheme. Further, one flat in Narela i.e. Flat No. 4, Block E5, Pocket 11 has been reserved as a sample flat for viewing by general public.
This issues with the approval o(Competent Authority.
