Subject: Weekly Special Camps for Disposal of Housing Conversion Cases
In order to expedite the disposal of pending housing conversion cases, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is organizing weekly public caps every Thursday to provide on-the-spot assistance to allottees.
- Venue: Auction Hall, Ground Floor, DDA Vikas Sadan
- Starting from: Thursday, 23rd October 2025
- Time: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
2. Key Highlights:
- On-the-spot resolution of housing conversion and related matters as far as practically possible
- Presence of Housing Branch staff from all zones
- Participation of Housing Accounts Branch (HAS) for financial and dues-related queries
- Direct interaction and assistance to allottees
- Instant query resolution and case processing including assistance in document processing and uploading
3. In the first phase, the camps will be held at the Auction Hall, Ground Floor, Block ‘D’, DDA Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi. Subsequently, camps may also be organized in various housing pockets based on public demand.
4. All allottees with pending conversion or related issues are encouraged to attend the camps and utilise the facility for expediting their cases.
