CIRCULAR
Sub: Schedule of live e-Auction of DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 (eAuction).
DDA has launched DDA Premium Housing scheme 2025 (e-Auction) on 26.08.2025 for which the last date of EMD submission and last date of final submission of application were 24.09.2025 and 26.09.2025 respectively. After the final submission of applications, the detailed schedule for carrying out live e-Auction of flats among bidders from whom EMDs have been received within stipulated time as well as the final submission has also been done with stipulated period of 06:00 PM on 26.09.2025 is attached at Annexure I.
2. The live e-Auction will be conducted every day between 06.10.2025 to 08.10.2025 at 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM as per the schedule and details of properties listed at Annexure I. Initially, the bidding process will be for one hour and if in the last 5 minutes, any higher bid is placed, the bidding process will automatically be extended by 5 minutes. This process will be continued for a maximum of 20 times. So, any auction can go for a maximum period of 2 hours and 40 minutes (i.e., initial 1 hour plus 20 x 5 minutes). Therefore, the e-Auction can carry on till 01:40 PM (Morning Session) or 05:40 PM (Afternoon Session) depending on the number of extensions. 3. The applicants are advised to go through the e-Auction Brochure, instructions, FAQs, demo Youtube Video and read all the terms and conditions of the scheme circular & brochure. Further, the applicants are also advised to participate in the
Demo Sessions in the online e-tender portal (https://dda.etneder.sbi) that are scheduled from 03.10.2025 to 05.10.2025 starting at 11:00 AM, which will adequately prepare them for participating in the live e-Auction process.
