CORRIGENDUM to SCHEME BROCHURE
Subject: Corrigendum to Brochure regarding Housing Scheme of “DDA JANTA AWAAS YOJANA 2025
In partial modification of para 18 “STATUS OF THE ALLOTTEE” of Scheme Brochure of “ODA JANTA AWAAS YOJANA 2025”, it is hereby informed that the 82 EWS flats developed by UMANG Real tech Pvt. Ltd. (Developer Entity) situated at Dwarka Morh Metro Station are offered on Leasehold basis (up to 2096) instead of Freehold basis and sub-lease deed will be executed for seventy years between the Developer Entity and beneficiaries instead of sale deed.
Also, in the brochure the terms ‘Conveyance Deed/Sale Deed’ may be read as Lease Deed in case of 82 EWS flats developed by UMANG Real tech Pvt. Ltd. and as Sale Deed in case of 62 EWS flats developed by Brilliant Etoile Pvt. Ltd.
All other contents, terms and conditions of the said Scheme Brochure shall remain unchanged.
