Subject: Issuance of Demand-cum-allotment (DAL) letters for Bidders of DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme 2025 (e- Auction).
DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme 2025 (e Auction) concluded on 31.03.2025 . The list of successful Hl bidders was uploaded on DDA Website vide circular dated 23.04.2025 . The demand-cum-allotment letters have been issued on 18.06.2025 and the payment schedule will be as per their DAL.
There will be time of 60 days for payment of demanded amount without interest. An additional 30-days period has also been provided, with interest at 10% per annum (simple interest), for any payment made beyond this 60-days period.
The allottees can download the demand-cum-allotment letters from DDA website (https ://eservices.dda.org.in) (AWAAS PORTAL) through their existing login credentials (if already created). For those who do not have login credentials, Permanent Account Number (PAN) by default is your login id and you can generate the password by using password reset functionality given on login (https:/eservices.dda .org.in/user) .
