Delhi Development Authority ने शुरू किया नरेला 780 EWS फ्लैट्स का रजिस्ट्रेशन : दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने अपनी त्योहार स्पेशल आवास योजना 2023 के तहत बाहरी दिल्ली के नरेला क्षेत्र में 780 से अधिक ईडब्ल्यूएस फ्लैटों की बुकिंग शुरू कर दी है। DDA ने जिन फ्लैटों को बिक्री के लिए रखा गया है, उन्हें पहले आओ पहले पाओ (एफसीएफएस) पर आवंटित किया जाएगा। डीडीए अधिकारियों के अनुसार त्योहार विशेष आवास योजना में लग्जरी, मिड-सेगमेंट और किफायती आवास श्रेणियों सहित लगभग 32,000 फ्लैट अलग-अलग फेज में पेश किये जाएंगे। ये आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) फ्लैटों के लिए की जाने वाली नई बुकिंग बुकिंग उस योजना का हिस्सा है।

Subject: Offering additional 784 EWS flats In Sector A1-A4 of Narela in Diwali FCFS scheme carried over from FCFS Ph. IV 2023 scheme
DOA has launched Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ on 24.11.2023 with only newly constructed flats on offer. Further, the booking of newly constructed flats under Phase-II of Diwali FCFS scheme has also commenced from 07.02.2024 in addition to carried forward flats of phase I of Diwali FCFS.
2. For benefit of affordable housing segment, it has now been decided to offer 784 no. of additional EWS flats in Pockets-1A & 18, Sector A1-A4, Narela under Diwali FCFS scheme. These flats are being carried over from earlier FCFS Ph. IV scheme 2023 and will be offered without any rate revision. These flats will be in addition to the newly constructed flats offered in ongoing Diwali FCFS scheme. The details of these additional flats are given below:
