Sub: Extension of time given for payment to successful bidders
The undesigned is directed to convey the approval of competent authority regarding extension of tune for making payment by successful bidders who participated in the e-auction process as given under:

1) In case. where 75% balance premium has to be paid within 90 days, and the successful bidder has already taken 180 days extension which got over during lockdown period (‘.23.03.2020-31.05.2020), further 90 days extension has been granted {applicable interest will be charged for this period) .
For e.g.
Mr ‘X” has to pay 75% balance premium and supposed to make the payment in extended period of 180 days (for example- extended last date was 01.04.2020)
New last date of payment: 0 l.04.2020+90 days i.e. 30.06.2020.
Relief given here is 90 days.
2) In case, where 75% balance premium has to be paid within 90 days, this time period got over during lockdown period (23.03.2020-31.05.2020), 180 days extension has been granted (applicable interest will be charged for this period).
For e.g.
Mr ·y’ has to pay 75% balance premium and the last date of payment at the end of 90 days period was 01.012020 .
New last date of payment: 01 .04.2020+ 180 days i.e. 28.09.2020.
Relief given here is 180 days.

The last date is valid irrespective of it being a working day or non-working day. Please ensure to mnke the payment before last day of extended period.
