Minimum Qualification |
PG Degree/Diploma or MBBS Degree from recognized university with at least 2 years working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged. PREFERENCE IS TO BE GIVEN TO A PG DEGREE OR A DIPLOMA QUALIFIED CANDIDATE. |

Minimum Qualification |
PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in concerned specialty and registered with Medical Council. In the absence of PG qualified doctors, MBBS gradates who posses at least 2 years working experience in the concerned specially will be considered for selection. However, preference will be given to PG qualified candidates. |

Consolidated Remuneration |
Rs. 121454/- fixed per month for candidate having PG/Diploma . In addition to the pay, he will be entailed for transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rule. An amount of Rs. 1350/- will be deducted for S.R.s posses only Diploma and Rs.2250/- will be deducted if the S.R .s does not possess Diploma/Degree. |

Duty |
Timing of working hours- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), however, he/she will be allotted rotational duty and required for round the clock availability or as ordered by the Medical Superintend. To work as per norms of residency. |

- Tenure of Contract will be 01year from the date of actual joining.
- In case regular incumbent joins in, the appointment shall be terminated immediately. The discretion will be solely of Medical Superintendent.
- Private practice will be not allowed.
- Available on call 24x7 .
- She/He will be entitled for the leave @ 2.5 days for each months of work. On prorate basis in a calendar year.
- The selected specialist must have a professional indemnity policy which should cover the period as desired by ESIC in the bid. The policy is meant professional falling on them as a result of error and omission committed by them while rendering professional services, The minimum sum assured per annum should be Rs.30 lac for Anesthesiologists, Cardiac Surgeon, Neuro Surgeons, Plastic surgeons etc. (2) Rs. 20 lakhs for General Surgeons, Gynecologist, Obstetrician etc. (3) for Physicians Dentists, Radiologists, Pathologists etc. It should be at least Rs.10 lacs. A copy of the insurance & Premium and receipt must be submitted within 7 days from the date of engagement.
- Other T&C would be in line with those issued vide HQ Letter dated 23.01.2018 as in.
- No. TA/DA will be admissible either for the 'Walk- in- interview' or for joining the post.
- The number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirement, with the approval of Medical Superintendent.
- Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Vapi reserves the right to fill any or no posts or cancel the interview at any stage.
- The number of vacancies may be changed without any prior notice.
- The selected candidates will have to join stipulated date given in offer of appointment.
- The selection is subject to the candidates providing their medical fitness Certificate issued by Medical Board at ESIC Hospital Vapi.
- Candidates must be registered with Medial Council of India before joining the post.
- Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital or No claim for any service benefit like, PF, Pension, Gratuity, medical Allowance, Seniority, and Promotion.
- The candidates are advised to bring their application/Bio data and original certificates/documents with one set of self attested photocopies of the certificates/documents.
- All the candidates are directed to report in the office of the Medical Superintendent ESIC Hospital, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat as per the timing mentioned above.
- The decision of the selection board will be final on all aspects of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstance.
- Other terms & conditions will be applicable as issued by the Competent Authority from time to time.
