CIRCULAR
LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF DATA ON INTEGRATED PAYMENT SYSTEM (IPS) FOR EXAMNATIONS-2022 .
As communicated by the Board from time to time, the Integrated Payment System (IPS) for various activities was made functional as per details given below . The Board expected that the schools will understand the system of IPS and upload correct data in the system to ensure that every payment succeeds in the system. Despite of clear instructions and user manual, a large number of schools have still not submitted their data in the IPS. Similarly, payments in respect of a number of functionaries and schools have failed or were rejected by the bank due to error in Beneficiary Name or Bank Account Number or IFSC Code.
It is once again informed that the schools may fill the correct data and make necessary corrections in the Bank Details by checking “Failed” and “Rejected” payments after logging into their IPS account. The facility of entry and editing/correction facility will only remain available on the IPS portal as per dates given below . After the given dates the IPS system will be closed for the Examinations-2022 .

All the schools are therefore requested to initiate immediate action to ensure timely completion of activities of Submission of Data in IPS and Corrections (if any).
Once the IPS for Examinations-2022 is closed, it will be made available for Examinations- 2023
