CORRIGENDUM

This is in continuation to earlier result notice No: CBSE/Rectt.Cell/14(85)/DR/2020/4063 dated: 31.05.2021 for the post of Junior Assistant.

2. This office has received RTls/representations from some candidates regarding result declared by the Board, which were forwarded to the recruiting agency (engaged by the Board for providing end to end online recruitment services for recruitment of various categories of posts) for its comments. The recruiting agency, after thorough scrutiny of the contents of RTls/Representations , has submitted the revised result. Accordingly , the result in respect of following candidates has been revised:

Note: Till the finalization of the result as above, duly worked out by the concerned recruiting agency, the Board hasn’t Issued any offer of appointment to any candidate.

3. The result in respect of other candidates as mentioned in Result Notice No.CBSE/ Rectt. Cell/14 (85)/DR/2020/4063 dated 31.05.2021 remains UNCHANGED.

4. The candidates added in the revised result for the post of Junior Assistant have already qualified the Skill Test held on 21.02.2021. Since, the Skill Test was mandatory but qualifying in nature, hence, the merit list has been prepared on the basis of Normalized score(s) for the post of Junior Assistant. These candidates are provisionally eligible subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the respective recruitment rules, terms and conditions of Advertisement No: CBSE/Rectt.Cell/Advt/F A/01/2019 dated: 15.11.2019 and correctness of the information and documents furnished/uploaded by them at the time of submission of their online application forms.

5. The final revised cut-off marks for the post of Junior Assistant are indicated against each category:

6. As per advertisement , in cases where more than one candidate secures equal aggregate marks, tie is resolved by applying the measures i.e. Date of Birth, with older candidate placed higher.

7. The horizontal reservation cuts across the vertical reservation (which is called interlocking reservation) and the category who have been provisionally recommended for selection against the PwBD quota have been placed in their appropriate category viz. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR depending upon the category to which they belong in the roster meant for reservation SC/ST/OBC and EWS by making necessary adjustment in the same category of quota, as per DoPT/Govt. of India rules.

8. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the list of provisionally eligible candidates in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the Board is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.

9. The provisional selection of above candidates shall be further subject to genuineness of the documents on the basis of which he/she has claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in the Recruitment Rules and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification of his/her identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. in the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by CBSE, in case, candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibility conditions of the Recruitment Rules for the posts or for any other grounds for disqualifications. The decision of CBSE regarding eligibility of the candidate shall be final and binding on the candidates. The Competent Authority of CBSE shall issue the offer of appointment to the candidates separately after being satisfied about their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and due verification of the correctness of the information furnished in the application form and the documents related to Educational Qualification, age and other essential certificates.

10. The schedule for document verification will be uploaded on the CBSE website shortly. Such candidates are advised to visit CBSE website regularly for latest information. The candidate are advised to download the attestation from the link (https://www.cbse .gov.in /cbsenew /documents/AttestationForm.pdf) and bring the duly filled triplicate copies of the same along with the tiree sets of self-attested photocopies of their documents on the day of document verification.

11. The other terms and conditions laid down in the Result Notice No.: CBSE/Rectt. Cell/14 (85)/DR/2020/4063 dated 31.05.2021 shall remain SAME.

12. While every care has been taken in preparing the said result, .CBSE reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any, detected at any stage.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority of the CBSE.
