COVID -19 : Uttarakhand Govt. Launched “HOPE Portal” for unemployed youth to get job

Uttarakhand government has launched “HOPE Portal” (Helping Out People Everywhere) at hope.uk.gov.in link. This Hope portal will help unemployed youth to get job opportunities. The portal would be used to collect the data on the youths of the state who are staying in as well as the recently returned migrant workers (labourers). People can now fill Skilled Professional Registration Form (कुशल पेशेवर पंजीकरण फार्म) at the portal to get employment.

The database at the hope.uk.gov.in/index.php/ portal will help employers to find suitable candidates as per their company requirements. The employers will get knowledge about the candidates like where they worked. The Uttarakhand HOPE Portal will help unemployed youths for job seeking and skill development.

After the complete data of jobless youths is uploaded and database is created at the Hope Portal, it would be linked with Mukhya Mantri Swarojgar Yojana.

• Here applicants can enter all the asked details accurately such as whether migrant or not, personal details, address, mobile number, aadhaar number, bank account no., present / last job details etc.

Uttarakhand Hope Portal for Unemployed Youth / Migrant Workers

Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat launched HOPE Portal aimed at creating employment avenues for the trained youth and provide them skill development opportunities to increase their employment chances. This Hope portal will provide platform to those youths who are hunting for jobs and skill development through its database and will help potential employers to find human resources according to their needs. The following information would be updated at the Hope portal:-

• Last working company
• Designation at last company
• Specialization
• Area of interest
• Type of employment looking forward to work

Once the database is ready, the Hope portal will be linked with the Mukhya Mantri Swarojgar Yojana. Information on youths applying from a particular village will be readily available on the portal and will help in village-based analysis of the database. This data of skilled professionals will make it easier for the Uttarakhand government to work out village-specific programmes.

In view of the decline in employment opportunities due to COVID-19 outbreak, CM wants to train the youths or refine the skills of the trained to help them get jobs.

उत्तराखंड के कुशल एवं अकुशल युवाओं के लिए Hope पोर्टल का शुभारंभ

मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने बुधवार दिनांक 13 मई 2020 को सचिवालय में मंत्रिमंडल की उपस्थिति में “Hope” (helping out people Everywhere) पोर्टल का शुभारम्भ किया। इस पोर्टल का यू.आर.एल. hope.uk.gov.in है। इस पोर्टल का मुख्य उद्देश्य कुशल और अकुशल युवाओं का डाटा बेस बनाना तथा डाटा बेस के आधार पर रोजगार/स्वरोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है। विदित है कि कुछ दिन पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना का शुभारम्भ किया गया था। इस योजना के साथ समन्वय करने में यह पोर्टल महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभायेगा।

“Hope” पोर्टल के माध्यम से उत्तराखण्ड के ऐसे युवा जो विभिन्न राज्यों एवं उत्तराखण्ड में कुशल पेशेवर Skilled professional हैं तथा वर्तमान में किसी न किसी संस्थान में कार्य कर रहे हैं या जो उत्तराखण्ड में कौशल विकास विभाग के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण लेना चाहते हैं, ऐसे युवाओं के लिए यह पोर्टल एक सेतु के रूप में कार्य करेगा। इस पोर्टल के डाटा बेस का उपयोग राज्य के समस्त विभाग तथा अन्य रोजगार प्रदाता युवाओं को स्वरोजगार/रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत की प्रेरणा से इस पोर्टल का निर्माण आईटी विभाग, कौशल विकास विभाग, नियोजन विभाग एवं एनआईसी ने आपसी समन्वय से किया। इस पोर्टल की वेब होस्टिंग उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के आईटीडीए, आईटी पार्क स्थित डाटा सेंटर में की गई है। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से मुख्यमंत्री के आईटी सलाहकार श्री रवीन्द्र दत्त, सचिव आईटी श्री आर.के सुधांशु, सचिव नियोजन श्री अमित नेगी, सचिव कौशल विकास डॉ. रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा, निदेशक आईटीडीए श्री अमित सिन्हा, एनआईसी के उप महानिदेशक श्री के. नारायण, एनआईसी के तकनीकि निदेशक श्री नरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी ने इस पोर्टल को बनाने में मुख्य भूमिका निभाई।
