Sub: Offering of additional 1944 LIG flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela, under DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026

In continuation of the Circular dated 23.01.2026 regarding launch of ‘DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, and in pursuance of its objective to further enhance the availability of affordable housing, Delhi Development Authority hereby offers an additional 1944 LIG flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela, under the said scheme.

These flats are being made available at the same terms and conditions as notified earlier, including the benefit of a flat 25% discount, thereby further promoting affordability and accessibility for the lower income groups. Brief details of these flats, including plinth area range and disposal price range, are as under:

# Besides above, maintenance charges, conversion charges and water connection charges will be separately demanded at the time of issuance of Demand-cum- Allotment Letter.

2. A maintenance corpus of Rs. 1 Lakh and upfront monthly maintenance charges for 12 months @ Rs. 1.75 per sq. ft. will also be payable and will be conveyed at the time of issuance of Demand-cum-Allotment Letter.

3. The additional flats shall be offered on the same terms and conditions of the Scheme, including the flat 25% discount on disposal price, as applicable to the flats offered earlier under the Scheme.

4. Allotment of these additional flats will also be made on First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) basis (पहले आओ, पहले पाओ) through DDA’s Awaas Portal (https://eservices.dda.org.in), subject to availability. To enable them to participate for booking, interested buyers can register in the ongoing DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. It is further clarified that if someone is already registered in any FCFS scheme of the housing department of DDA, he/she will also be eligible to book flat(s) under the scheme. Booking for these flats will commence on Friday, 27 March 2026 at 12:00 Noon.

5. All other terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, booking amount and procedures prescribed in the earlier circular dated 23.01.2026 shall remain unchanged and applicable to the additional flats being offered. Accordingly, for these additional LIG flats, the booking amount will be Rs. 1 Lakh only.

6. Interested applicants are advised to visit the DDA websites www.dda.gov.in and eservices.dda.org.in for detailed information regarding the scheme and the additional flats on offer.
