Submission Deadlines for CBSE Supplementary Examination 2025 LOC
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an important reminder regarding the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the Supplementary Examination 2025, following Circular No. CBSE/COORD/REGULAR/SUPPL/2025 dated May 26, 2025. Students intending to sit for the Supplementary Examinations must ensure their LOC is submitted by the deadline: June 17, 2025 (Tuesday) for submissions without a late fee, and by June 19, 2025 (Thursday) if a late fee is applicable.
Students are strongly encouraged to apply within the specified timeline, particularly those who are eligible for the examinations. It is essential for these candidates to submit their LOC promptly and not to delay their applications while awaiting results from any verification or reevaluation processes.
School heads are urged to actively follow up with their students to facilitate the timely submission of the LOC, ensuring that all eligible candidates have the opportunity to participate in the upcoming examinations. This proactive approach will help maintain a smooth examination process and support students in their academic endeavors.

Madam/Sir,
This is in continuation of Circular No. CBSE/COORD/REGULAR/SUPPL/2025/ dated 26/05/2025 regarding submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the Supplementary Examination 2025. As per schedule the last date for filling of LOC (without late fee) is 17.06.2025(Tuesday) and with late fee is 19.06.2025(Thursday).
It is desired that all students who wish to appear in Supplementary Examinations may apply within schedule.
Also , all students who are eligible and intend to appear in the Supplementary Examination are advised not to wait for the result of the verification/reevaluation process and to ensure that LOC is submitted within the stipulated time frame.
Heads of the schools are once again requested to follow up with their students for timely submission of LOC.
