Sub: Addition Withdrawal of Flats under DDA Premium Housing Scheme – 2026 (Online e-Auction) – reg.
DDA has launched the DDA Premium Housing Scheme-2026 (Online scheme through e-Auction) vide circular dated 06.01.2026. In this connection, it is hereby informed that 05 (Five) flats, in addition to those originally notified in the said circular, have been added to the Scheme. The details of the added flats along with Auction Event IDs are as under:

2. It is further informed that 02 (Two) flats at Pocket-98, Jasola (Flat Nos. 1084 and 1103) bearing Event IDs 38847 and 38849 respectively, and 01 (One) Garage at Sector-29, 81ock-8, Rohini bearing Event ID 39410, have been removed from the S81 a-tendering portal due to some administrative reasons. The EMO submitted for the said events shall be refunded at the earliest to avoid any inconvenience to the applicants/bidders.
3. This issues with the approval of competent Authority.
