Sub: Launch of DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 for offering of HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS Flats in Narela and LIG Flats in Siraspur at flat 25% discount

In pursuance of its objective to provide affordable housing, Delhi Development Authority hereby launches ‘DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026’ in Narela and Siraspur, thereby offering a total of 1301 flats of HIG (298), MIG (459), LIG (481) and EWS (63) categories in Narela and 411 LIG flats in Siraspur. Brief details of these flats including the plinth area range, disposal price range, localities, sectors and pockets are annexed herewith. All these flats in Narela and Siraspur are being offered at a flat 25% discount across all categories of flats, thereby ensuring affordability as well as accessibility for aspirational sections of society.

2. The registration under the said scheme will start on 24.01.2026 from 12:00 Noon onwards and booking will commence from 28.01.2026 at 12:00 Noon, through DDA’s Awaas Portal https://eservices.dda.org.in, under the scheme title “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026”. The booking amount for the flats shall be as under:

HIG Flat: Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only)
MIG Flat: Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only)
LIG Flat: Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only)
EWS Flat: Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)

3. Applicants wishing to book a flat are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2500/- towards onboarding on DDA’s Awaas Portal. Applicants who have already registered on the Portal need not register again.

4. The remaining terms and conditions of this scheme will be as per the brochure of DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025.
