Sub: Launch of Phase II of DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025
In pursuance of its objective of providing affordable housing to all sections of society, especially the Economically Weaker Sections, the Delhi Development Authority had launched the DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana, 2025 on 11.09.2025, offering 1167 flats of EWS/Janta category for sale. The response to the scheme was overwhelming, with all the flats booked on the very first day of opening i.e. 22.09.2025.
2. Encouraged by the overwhelming public response and in continuation of DDA’s commitment to expanding access to affordable housing for the common citizen, Phase II of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana , 2025 is now being launched. This phase offers an additional 1537 flats under the LIG and EWS categories, located across various parts of Delhi such as Shivaji Marg (Moti Nagar), Ramgarh Colony (near Jahangir Purr Metro Station), Rohini (Sectors 34 and 35) (near Urban Extension Road – II), and Narela, Sector G6-G7, Pocket 11 (near Urban Extension Road – I, in the vicinity of the proposed Metro Station of the Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro Corridor). The list of these flats is enclosed herewith.
3. The booking under Phase II of the scheme will commence from 07.11.2025 (Friday) at 12:00 Noon, through DDA’s Awaas Portal https://eservices.dda.org.in, under the same scheme title “ODA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025”. The booking amount for the flats shall be as under: •
- LIG Flat – Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only)
- EWS Flat – Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)
4. Applicants wishing to book a flat are required to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 2500/- towards onboarding on DDA’s Awaas Portal. Applicants who have already registered on the Portal need not register again. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as specified in. the brochure of DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025 (https://dda .gov .in/sites/default/files/notice/brochure dda jan sadharan awaas yojana 2025 .pdf), except for the inclusion of the LIG category as stated above.
5. The flats offered for disposal as detailed in the annexure shall be available for inspection by the interested buyers. The contact details for concerned Site engineers for visit facilitation is given herein below:
