DDA Extends Booking Deadline for Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 Flats Till June 30
दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने नागरिक आवास योजना 2026 (FCFS) के तहत फ्लैटों की बुकिंग अवधि बढ़ाकर 30 जून 2026 तक कर दी है। यह योजना 23 जनवरी 2026 को शुरू की गई थी, जिसके अंतर्गत नरेला में HIG, MIG, LIG और EWS श्रेणी के फ्लैट तथा सिरसपुर में LIG फ्लैट उपलब्ध कराए गए थे।
इसके बाद 18 मार्च 2026 के परिपत्र के माध्यम से नरेला के सेक्टर G-7/G-8 में 1,944 अतिरिक्त फ्लैट शामिल किए गए थे, जिनकी बुकिंग 27 मार्च 2026 से शुरू हुई थी।

CIRCULAR
Subject: Extension of DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) up to 30.06.2026 – reg.
DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) was launched vide its circular dated 23.01.2026 offering flats of HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats in Narela and LIG flats in Siraspur. Moreover, 1944 flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela were offered in addition to previous offered flats vide circular dated 18.03.2026 with booking commenced on 27.03.2026.
In continuation of the above, it has been decided to extend the booking period for flats under the said scheme up to 30.06.2026. The extension will enable prospective buyers to apply for both previously offered flats as well as newly added flats in Narela.
Prospective buyers are advised to take note of the extension and complete the booking of flats at the earliest to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
