Price details of Petrol, Diesel and LPG

Will the Minister of PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has the data of price details of Petrol, Diesel and LPG in the country during the last twelve years and the current year and if so, the details thereof; and
(b) the time period and details of the highest and lowest prices registered for Petrol, Diesel and LPG in the country during the last twelve years and the current year along with the price details of crude oil during that time period?

(a) & (b): The details of yearly average prices of petrol, diesel and domestic LPG in Delhi since 2011-12 are at Annexure.
The details of highest and lowest Retail Selling Prices (RSP) of petrol and diesel at Delhi during the last 12 years are given below:
