‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE HOUSING SCHEME PHASE IV’ BY DDA

Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether DDA had launched a scheme namely “First Come First Serve Housing Scheme Phase IV” in Dwarka, Sector 19-B for MIG flats recently;
(b) if so, the number of applications from successful applicants have been received by the DDA for the addition of the names of co-allottee of flat in online mode along with their status, applicant and date-wise;
(c) whether DDA has fixed any deadline for addition names of Co- allottee(s) after receiving the applications from the applicants and if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether any objection has been raised by DDA on co-allottee name addition applications and if so, the details thereof, applicant date- wise;

(e) whether certain DDA officials are having a nexus with shopkeepers who are running shops nearby the DDA Office and these shopkeepers are acting as touts; and
(f) if so, whether the Government proposes to set up an inquiry in this regard and if so, the details thereof?

(a): Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that it has launched “First Come First Serve Housing Scheme Phase IV” in the month of June, 2023 for which booking commenced from 10.07.2023. 50 MIG Flats in Sector-19B, Dwarka, out of 5623 total flats on offer, are also in the Scheme.
(b) to (d): Five (05) applications were received for co-allottee addition in online mode in FCFS Phase-IV Housing Scheme for MIG flats in Sector-19B, Dwarka. Objections were raised to fulfil some basic requisites and upon fulfilment of the same co-allottee additions have been approved in all five cases. No deadline had been fixed by DDA in these cases.
