Subject: Selection of Language 2 in the online Application Form of National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2023 – reg.
Registration for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2023 for admission to 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in selected Central/State Universities/Institutions including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges for the Academic Session 2023-24 is in process. The last date for receiving online Applications is 25 July 2023 as per Public Notice dated: 17 July 2023.
Meanwhile, a few representations have been received from candidates that they are not able to select Language 2 as they have not studied the other language in Class 12, so they are unable to apply for the same.
In order to support these candidates, it has been decided that the candidates can select English or Hindi languages twice with different subject codes:

With this, any candidate can select English with Paper code 101 as Language 1 and again English with Paper code 114 as Language 2 or Hindi with Paper code 102 as Language 1 or again Hindi with Paper code 115 as Language 2 in the online Application Form of NCET 2023.

The candidates are also advised to be in touch with the NTA website(s) www.nta.ac.in and https://ncet.samarth.ac.in/ for the latest updates regarding the examination.
