IITs, IIMs and new Universities

Will the Minister of Education be pleased to state:
(a) the details like name of the city, year of commencement and number of students admitted in each of the new IITs and new IIMs opened in last five years;
(b) number of students passed out from these newly opened IITs and IIMs; and
(c) details like name of the city and years of commencement of new Universities opened in the country during the last five years?

(a & b): At present, there are 23 IITs and 20 IIMs functioning in the country. No New IIT or IIM has been opened in last five years.
(c): The details of university newly opened in the country during the last five years is available at https://www.education.gov.in/parl_ques and the summary is given as under:
