Update Of DDA Housing Scheme

Under the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) almost 1210 flats were distributed on sale in the year 2022. Although this time high-luxury apartments will be distributed to the people of the (HIG) higher-income group. The apartments which are to be constructed under the Delhi Development Authority will be constructed in the area of Jasola Dwarka Sector 19-B, Dwarka Sector 16-B, Kalkaji, Vasant Kunj, Rohini sector 34, and in South Delhi. As per the sources, 1210 flats are available for sale in the year 2022. These flats will be located in Vasant Kunj, Kalkaji, Dwarka, Rohini Sector- 34, Narela, Manglapuri, etc.

The Delhi Development Authority is soon going to announce the draw result for the DDA housing scheme on the 18th of April 2022 through the official website. The scheme was started on 23rd December 2021 and the last date to apply for the scheme was 10th March 2022. The allotment of the draw can be seen through live streaming from 3 p.m. on 18th April 2022. Senior officers and judges will also be present during the live streaming of the draw results.

DDA Housing Scheme 2022 has approved the launch of its Government Housing Scheme 2022. in a meeting organized by Lieutenant Governor Shri Anil Balaji & Vice Chairmen Shri Anurag Jain. Under the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) many flats will be given on sale for the year 2022 while previously in the years 2020 & 2019 almost 18000 flats were distributed for sale. Although this time high-luxury apartments will be distributed to the people of the higher-income group. The apartments which are to be constructed under the Delhi Development Authority will be constructed in the area of Dwarka Sector 19B in Delhi.

The Delhi Development Authorities have announced that all the flats which are normally availed at a very high market price will be available at a lower price for the higher-income group people or middle-income group or the Delhi government also include the economically weak section in this scheme. Flats In DDA Housing Scheme 2022

This time the Delhi Development Authority will offer under its construction scheme residential Houses.

All the houses will be aimed at the 3 groups of people.

Eligibility DDA Flats Scheme 2022

To be eligible under the DDA Flats Scheme of 2022. The candidates must be eligible through the following criteria given below:-

The applicant must be a citizen of India.
The candidates must be over 18 years of age.
The candidates applying for the DDA housing scheme of 2022 shall not have any other house in their name, their Guardian’s name, or their children’s name.
A person who has already availed of benefits under the DDA Flats Scheme shall not be eligible through this scheme.

DDA Housing Scheme 2022 Online Registration

To apply for the DDA housing schemes, the candidates have to go through the following points given below:-

First Step

First, applicants who want to apply will have to register/by entering basic information like Applicant Name, Date of Birth, PAN No, Mobile No, and Email-Id through Click Here for log-in form or registration.
DDA official website.
After submission of details, the User ID and password will be sent to you automatically through the registered email to fill out the Application Form.
After the successful registration, applicants will have to log in by entering the user ID and password provided through email to access the Application Form.

Second Step

On successful logging, the application form screen will be displayed.
Fill in the personal details, bank details, address details, and joint applicant details, and select the category and location preferences in the application form.
Upload the scanned image of the photograph and signature of the applicant and the joint applicant (if any).
At the bottom of the page, there is a declaration for the applicant.
Applicants are advised to go through the contents of the declaration carefully.
Select the checkbox of a declaration by clicking on it.
Submit the application form.

Third Step

After submitting the application form in the draft or final mode, the submission screen will be displayed showing Application Form No, Submission Date, and Registration Amount for making payment.
Once the Application Form has been submitted final, the applicant can not edit application details thereafter but can pay the registration amount through Net Banking or NEFT/RTGS through challan.
After clicking on the Make Payment option, a screen will be displayed showing application form no, amount, and provision of making payment.
At last, after successful payment, an acknowledgment slip will be displayed on the screen.
You can take a printout of the acknowledgment slip for future use.

Note – The following application was prescribed for the DDA housing scheme of the year 2022 but it is expected that the same procedure will be followed for the Housing Project.

Generate DDA Flats E-Challans and Make Payments

Go to the Official DDA Housing Scheme site.
Select the Payment option from the homepage of the site.
A new page will show on the screen.
Click on the Generate DDA Flats E-Challans and Make Payments option.
Again a new page will open with an application form.
Provide all the details in the form.
In the end, click on the Generate option.

Generate Plots/Plotted/CGHS/UC Properties E-Challan & Make Payment

Go to the Official DDA Housing Scheme site.
Select the Payment option from the homepage of the site.
A new page will show on the screen.
Click on the Generate Plots/Plotted/CGHS/UC Properties E-Challan & Make Payment option.
Again a new page will open with an application form.
Provide all the details in the form.
In the end, click on the Generate option.

Re-Print E-Challan

Go to the Official DDA Housing Scheme site.
Select the Payment option from the homepage of the site.
A new page will show on the screen.
Click on the Re-Print E-Challan option.
A new login page will open.
Login with the details asked in the form.
Now the E-Challan will open.
Click on the Re-Print option and print it.

Check Payment Status

Go to the Official DDA Housing Scheme site.
Select the Payment option from the homepage of the site.
A new page will show on the screen.
Click on the Payment Status option.
A new form will open.
Enter the Challan number.
Now click on the search option.

Check the Wait List for DDA Housing Scheme
