Subject: Holding of Special Camp for Issuance of Possession Letters for allottees of Housing Scheme 2019 and Housing Scheme 2021 at DOA Vikas Sadan.
DOA Is organizing Special camp at DDA VIKAS SADAN for the purpose of issuance of Possession letters to the respective allottees of Housing Scheme 2019 & 2021, who have made full payment of the demanded amount towards the cost of flats and also submitted all the requisite documents.

- Director (System) with a request to upload the circular on ODA website and to make necessary arrangement with regards to computer system and internet connectivity at the site.
- Dy. Director (LIG, MIG, SFS,Janta (EWS) to kindly attend the camp with the concerned staff and concerned files.
- Executive Engineer (SED-11) with a request to make necessary arrangement at Auction Hall, Ground Floor, B Block, Vikas Sadan.
- DD(PR) with a request to inform general public through Social Media handles.
- Chief Security Officer for information and with a request to depute 4 security staff at Auction Hall.
