DDA Housing Scheme : 90 days extension from the last date of taking physical prossession at site without paying watch and ward charges

This is to inform to all allottees of various DDA Housing Schemes who had made payment and had also completed the requisite documents as per their Demand cum Allotment letter and where Housing Department had also issued Possession Letter to such allottees for taking physical possession at site but such allottees who are not able to take physical possession due to imposition of Lockdown are given 90 days extension from the last date of taking physical prossession at site without paying watch and ward charges provided that their last date of taking physical possession was lying in the period of Lockdown. 

No specific approval for considering this extension of three months is required. Allallottees whose date of physical possession was not lying in Lockdown period will not be consider for period of 90 days extension without paying watch and ward charges. 

This is issued with the approval of Vice Chairman.
