Subject: Extension of last date of Payment of Cost of Flat – Housing Scheme 2019.
It is informed that the last date of depositing demanded amount (cost of flat) for the allottees of Housing Scheme 2019 (with interest) has been extended up to 30.09.2021 subject to payment of 10% interest on the cost from 01.11.2020 to 31.12.2020 and 14% penal interest for the remaining period i.e from 01.01.2021 till 30.09.2021.

2. This extension will be applicable to all the allottees irrespective of the fact whether they have made any payment or not.
3. This is issued with the approval of competent authority.
