Despite the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic, April 2021 registered an increase of 13.73% net subscribers addition as compared to the previous month during which around 11.22 lakh net subscribers were added to the payroll. ‘Ashirbad’ scheme for children orphaned by Covid-19 announces by Naveen Patnaik  BHUBANESWAR: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday announced a new scheme- Ashirbad- to provide monthly financial assistance to children orphaned by Covid-19 or lost either of the parents. The new social welfare scheme announced on Father’s Day promises to help three categories of children-- those who have lost both their parents, those who have lost single parent and those who have lost one parent (the primary bread earner) on or after April 1, 2020. “The state government is committed to provide a safe environment to such children, who need special care for their overall development,” said Naveen on the occasion. Amid the pandemic, the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar, has made this key announcement. Along with this Rs. 5000 assistance scheme, the government has also announced that the government aid with an ex-gratia of Rupees 2 Lakhs who lost their family member due to Covid 19 pandemic. दो बच्चों की नीति का पालन न करने वाले यूपी व असम  में सरकारी योजनाओ से रहेंगे वंचित  Those who do not follow the policy of two children will be deprived of government schemes in UP and Assam                               नई दिल्ली: उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अब उन्हीं लोगों को दिया जाएगा, जो दो बच्चों की नीति का पालन करेंगे। राज्य विधि आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए कानून का मसौदा बनाना शुरू कर दिया है। वहीं, दूसरी तरफ असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्व सरमा ने भी शनिवार को कहा कि राज्य सरकार कुछ विशेष सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ देने में दो बच्चा नीति लागू करेगी। यह काम क्रमवार तरीके से किया जाएगा। असम के सीएम ने संवाददाताओं से बात करते हुए कहा कि प्रस्तावित जनसंख्या नियंत्रण नीति को असम की सभी योजनाओं में तुरंत लागू नहीं किया जाएगा, क्योंकि कई योजनाएं केंद्र की मदद से चलाई जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा, कुछ योजनाओं में हम दो बच्चा नीति को लागू नहीं कर सकते। जैसे-स्कूलों और कालेजों में मुफ्त नामांकन या प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत मकान देने में इसे लागू नहीं किया जा

Securities Contracts Regulation Amendment Rules, 2021 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021 G.S.R. 423(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, namely:— 1. Short title and Commencement.-   (1) These rules may be called the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, in rule 19, in sub-rule (2), in clause (b),- (1) in sub-clause (iii), - (i) after the words ―four thousand crore rupees‖, the words ―but less than or equal to one lakh crore rupees‖ shall be inserted; (ii) after sub-clause (iii) and before the provisos, the following shall be inserted, namely – ―(iv)
