Madhya Pradesh Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana 2021 : Hospital List / Eligibility / Beneficiary List at ayushmanbharat.mp.gov.in
As the number of beneficiaries of Sambal Yojana increases, it is expected that the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana will also increase. There is no restriction on family size, age, gender and beneficiaries are not required to pay any premium amount to avail Ayushman Bharat Niramayam MP scheme benefits.
People can show either their Aadhar Card or Ration Card or Voter Card or Ayushman Family Card to avail treatment at all govt. / private empanelled hospitals in Madhya Pradesh. This free treatment would be given under the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana which is a state version of the flagship Ayushman Bharat – PM Jan Arogya Yojana launched by the central government.
MP Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana 2021
The state govt. has launched Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana (AB-MP) scheme to provide cashless treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh per family for secondary and tertiary hospitalization. All those families marked in the SECC 2011 database under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) can avail the benefits of this scheme. In addition to this, Samagra and Sambal beneficiaries in Madhya Pradesh would be able to avail the benefits of this state version of National Health Protection Scheme.
Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana Latest Update
MP government has launched Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana as a new scheme for free treatment of Covid-19 patients in the state. The scheme will benefit the poor and even the middle class who can get free Covid-19 treatment at contracted private hospitals. Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that a special package will be given by the state government to private hospitals under Ayushman Bharat Yojana for the implementation of the scheme. The government will empanel private hospitals for treatment of Coronavirus.
Under the scheme, tests like CT scan etc, medicines, remdesivir injections, oxygen shall be made available free of cost. So far, 2.42 crore cards have been made under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana in the state, under which 88% of the population has been covered. All of them will be able to get free treatment of corona in government-contracted hospitals. There are currently 328 private hospitals are empaneled under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana in which 23,946 beds are available.
Free Treatment of Coronavirus Patients in Private Hospitals
On 5 May 2021, MP state government empaneled 68 private hospitals of the state under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana for the next 3 months. In order to make free treatment available in private hospitals of each district, collectors have been empowered to temporarily empanel private hospitals of their district under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. With this, Ayushman card holders will get free treatment of corona in all these private hospitals, where corona is currently being treated.
The government has decided that under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, if a family member has an Ayushman card, then other members of the family shall also be able to get free treatment. On being admitted to the hospital for treatment of Covid, the collector will arrange for Ayushman card to be made. The government has increased the rates of Ayushman Bharat package by 40% so that private hospitals can treat Covid well under this scheme. These rates include room rent, food, checkups, consultation fee, paramedical fee.
The state government will give Rs 5,000 as diagnostic advanced to every person who is receiving treatment under the scheme. Under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, 5 thousand rupees are given to each eligible family. After the implementation of this scheme, a total of 60,915 beds will be available in private and government hospitals for the treatment of Covid to the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana in the state.
Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana Apply Online Process
All the beneficiaries whose name appears in Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 data or Samagra & Sambal beneficiaries are automatically included in this Scheme. There is no separate Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana apply online process. - मरीज को अस्तपाल में जाकर आयुष्मान मित्र से मिलना होगा, वह आपसे आपका आई डी प्रूफ मांगेगा।
- राशन कार्ड या फिर कोई भी अन्य कार्ड आपको दिखाना होगा।
- आयुष्मान मित्र आपको Printout (ई-कार्ड) देगा।
- इसमें आपकी फोटो के साथ आपका एड्रेस होगा।
- दूसरी बार प्रोसेस दोहराना नही होगा, बल्कि ई-कार्ड दिखाने से काम बन जाएगा।

Till date, around 800 private and government hospitals are identified in this Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana in MP state. There are around 350 empaneled private hospitals and 450 empaneled government hospitals in Madhya Pradesh.

- At the homepage, scroll over the “Hospitals” tab present in the main menu and then click at the “Search Hospital” link:-

- Upon clicking the link, the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana Empanelled Hospitals Find page will appear.
- Here applicants can select the name of state, district, hospital type, speciality, hospital name, empanelment type and click at “Search” button. Then the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Yojana Hospital List page will appear.
- All those people who wants to get treatment can then go to the nearest empanelled hospitals to get free treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat Madhya Pradesh scheme.
Ayushman Bharat Madhya Pradesh Niramayam List of Beneficiaries
AB-MP Scheme is portable in nature which means that if any person from Madhya Pradesh requires medical treatment while he /she is in another state, then they would also be able to get treatment in that particular state as well. But firstly, people will have to check their name in Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries list at mera.pmjay.gov.in. - You do not need to enroll anywhere to claim benefits under the scheme. To claim benefits under the scheme you can get yourself identified at the nearest empanelled hospital or Community Service Centre (CSC).
Ayushman Mitras have been appointed in various hospitals to assist citizens (patients) and their families to complete the insurance process and paperwork in a faster way. Ayushman Bharat Kiosks are also being setup in these hospitals. All the beneficiaries can check their eligibility and know whether their name appears in the PMJAY beneficiaries list at www.ayushmanbharat.mp.gov.in and https://mera.pmjay.gov.in/ or can call on the helpline number 14555.

Nearly all the illnesses have been included in the AB-NHPM scheme and govt. has fixed package rates for around 1400 diseases. Patients of around 1400 illnesses will be treated in all govt. / private empanelled hospitals as per fixed package.
AB-MP (Niramayam) Scheme Implementation
In this Ayushman Bharat Madhya Pradesh scheme, health security cover is cashless and government will make direct payment to the hospitals where the patient is undergoing treatment. A 10 day follow up treatment is also included in Ayushman Bharat MP (Niramayam) scheme. Additional allowance and incentives will also be paid to the doctors and para-medical staff working on the basis of their performance.
Various implementation committees have been constituted in all districts of Madhya Pradesh for smooth implementation of the Niramayam Yojana headed by the collector. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the Vice-president, District Malaria Officer is the Nodal Officer and District Programme Coordinator, Manager District Information System and Manager District Public Grievances Redressal will be the members of committee.
Health and Wellness Centres are being setup in the entire state through National Health Mission especially in villages and primary health centres. Counseling by specialists in the area of tele medicine system along with basic health services and facilities will also be provided at these centres. These centres wpuld be named as Madhya Pradesh Arogyam centers and are going to be set up in the state under Pradhan Manri Jan Arogya Yojana.
