Clarification regarding TDS rate change – Housing Scheme 2019

CIRCULAR

It is hereby informed to the allottees of Housing Scheme 2019 that TDS at the rate of 0.75% would be application for the payment made post 14.05.2020. However, in the demand letters issued in Housing Scheme 2019, TDS at the rate of 1% has been adjusted to arrive at the net cost of flat. Thus, allottees are required to pay the remaining 0.25% along with the cost of flat and it be the part of net coast of the flat. 

This is issued with the approval of competent authority.

5. All Dy. Directors (Housing ) for necessary action
