Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a)the details of the houses sanctioned and completed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) till date, category- wise and State-wise;
(b)the details of the funds sanctioned and utilized under the scheme till date; and

(c)whether the Government has received proposals from the State of Kerala, especially for projects in Wayanad and if so, the details thereof?

(a)& (b) Details of State-wise and category-wise houses sanctioned and completed alongwith central assistance sanctioned and utilized/released under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana( Urban ) ( PMAY(U)) are given at Annexure.
(c) Based on the Project proposals received from the State Government of Kerala, 454 projects under PMAY (U) have been sanctioned for the State for construction of 1,30,454 houses involving central assistance of Rs. 2,066.01 crore of which an amount of Rs. 1,244.75 crore (including Rs. 274.69 crore under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) component of PMAY (U)) has been released. In Wayanad, 14 projects have been sanctioned under the scheme for construction of 4287 houses involving central assistance of Rs. 65.25 crore of which Rs. 41.22 crore has been released. 3372 houses in Way and have been grounded of which construction of 1980 houses have been completed.
