Implementation Of The Scheme
The scheme will be implemented in the year 2020 by the government of Punjab to provide employment to all of the unemployed people of the state. Also, a rupees 5 crore funding has been transferred to the Punjab National Bank to implement the scheme and to provide subsidy to all of the beneficiaries under the scheme. The scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Punjab after seeing the successful implementation of similar schemes in the other states such as Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, etc.
Number Of Vehicles
The scheme is still a pilot scheme so the scheme is implemented only on some districts in the Punjab state. The number of vehicles which will be allotted to different districts is given below in the following table:-

Subsidy Available
The main benefits of the Punjab Apni Gaddi Apna Rojgar Yojana are the subsidy which will be awarded to all of the beneficiaries. The list of subsidy applicable on following vehicles is given below:-
- For 4 Wheelers – 15% of total “On Road” cost of four-wheeler vehicle or Rs. 75,000 will be awarded.
- For 3 Wheelers – 15% of total “On Road” cost of three-wheeler vehicle or Rs. 50,000 will be awarded.
- 15% of the total cost is to be taken by the beneficiaries themselves.
- The remaining amount would be financed by the Punjab State Cooperative Bank.
- Till now 30% of total vehicle loans have been reserved for applicants from the scheduled caste (SC) category.
Eligibility Criteria of Punjab Apni Gaddi Apna Rozgar 2020
To be eligible for the Apni Gaddi Apna Rozgar Yojana which will be implemented in the year of 2020, you need to be eligible through the following eligibility criteria given below:-
- The age of the applicant must be between the age of 21 to 45 years.
- The applicant should possess a valid driving license for commercial 4 wheelers or 3 wheelers vehicles.
- The applicant must be a resident of the Punjab state.
Marks Designation
As mentioned by the concerned authorities of the Apni Gaddi Apna Rozgar Scheme there will be a test of hundred marks for all of the beneficiaries which will be registered under the scheme. The list of marks which will be allotted to the beneficiaries is given below as per the conditions:-
